When an onsite estate sale is not a feasible option due to various factors, but the property needs to be cleaned out, Twist Of Fate can help. We can put together an estimate to have the property cleared out of all items. Items are sorted into one of three categories: items that can be sold, items that can be donated, and items that have been deemed to have no value and will be disposed of.

Twist Of Fate will arrange to have dumpster(s) delivered to the property. The clean out process can typically be completed in a week, however in some extreme cases can take longer.
Twist Of Fate will arrange for a donation company to come to the property and remove all of the items being donated. Our client is provided with donation tax receipts for those items.
There are typically items that have value that are discovered during the clean out process. Twist Of Fate can take those items on consignment and sell those items on behalf of the client.
During this process, any personal items (photos, bills, financial documents, etc.) will be saved for the family and put in a safe place inside the property.
At the end, the property is left empty of all tangible property.
